New Blood For Madibaz

NMMU Madibaz will make the trip to Bloemfontein knowing that nothing less than a win is vital if they are to stay in with a chance of making the next phase of the competition.
The PE students will be without their ace striker Cloudius Sangandira as he serves a one match suspension for receiving a red card in their previous match.
Coach Greame Harrison has been forced to replace the suspended striker but has also opted to hand debuts to two players, Olwethu Ngako and Simankele Thobi. Onela Beqezi has also been called up to not only support the forwards but also provide stability to the defence.
The tactical changes are a direct result of the suspension and their playmaker, Kieran Koert, carrying a hamstring strain. Koert will make the trip but will be on the bench and will be replaced by Karabo Motlhabi.
Harrison knows Kovsies are going to be tough opponents as the Bloem students play a hard running game but also possess great skill in the air from set pieces.
"We've brought in youngsters who are full of running and will be able to keep up with the Kovsies players who love running with the ball and breaking through the midfield," he said.
NMMU will be giving this encounter everything they have and will be giving Kovsies a hard time in their own backyard. Harrison has been taking note of Kovsies strengths and weaknesses and is confident his gameplan will nullify their hosts' attacking prowess as well as exposing their weak areas.
There will be plenty of pressure on the young guns he has brought in but he firmly believes they will thrive on the pressure and it will bring out the best in them as they have nothing to lose and everything to prove.
NMMU have made a habit of conceding goals late in the game but Harrison said they had addressed those issues and will put in a better, more disciplined effort in that regard.
