Orlando Pirates’ Bernard Morrison has hinted on how his goal celebration on the weekend came about.
Morrison scored a brace against Ajax Cape Town on Saturday evening, helping Bucs to advance to the Last 16 of the Nedbank Cup.
The Ghanaian went down and walked on his knees after scoring one of his two goals. He says the celebration reflects his crazy character.
Following his Man of the Match performance in the 2 - 0 win over Ajax, the 24-year-old is likely to keep his place in Bucs’ starting line-up.
During the January transfer window, Morrison was linked with an exit from the Soweto giants. The player is now proving why Coach Milutin Sredojevic and his technical team decided that he was an important member of the team by keeping him in the squad.
