The League has announced that tickets are now on sale.

“In just over two weeks, the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban will once again roll the yellow carpet for the season’s first domestic cup final – the 2018/19 MTN8 Final. The League has announced that tickets are now on sale. The MTN8 Final, to be contested by SuperSport United and Cape Town City in what has been largely billed as ‘Act II’ of last year’s epic final, will be played on Saturday, 29 September 2019 at 19h00,” confirmed the PSL in a statement.

“Tickets are now available at TicketPro and Spar outlets countrywide. They are selling at R40 for adults and R15 for children under the age of 12. The PSL together with sponsors MTN have lined up a strong entertainment line-up to ensure a fun-filled day that promises “beyond the 90 minutes” experience. Details will be released in due course,” read the league’s statement.

“Last season, SuperSport United were crowned champions after overcoming Cape Town City via penalties in the final and City coach, Benni McCarthy, will be hoping for a different result as he leads his troops to a Cup Final for the second time in his coaching career. His counterpart, Kaitano Tembo, will be taking part in his first Cup Final as a head coach and will also be looking to claim his maiden trophy. Tickets can also be purchased at CNA, Postnet, Edgars and Jet stores or online at www.ticketpros.co.za,” concluded the PSL.
