Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane admits Golden Arrows played some nice attacking football, but says his side’s defence was just better on the day.

The Braizlians coach was speaking after his side’s 2-0 MTN8 quarter-final win over the Durban side on Saturday afternoon.
Mosimane also reserved special praise for his two centre-backs who he feels won them the game.
“Our centre-backs were solid because to play against (Lerato) Lamola and (Knox) Mutizwa is not easy. (Motjeka) Madisha and Wayne (Arendse) did well. Wayne did not play last week and he did well, and he scored. I am happy when my centre-backs are scoring at set-pieces, it is beautiful,” Mosimane told SuperSport.
“The captain (Hlompho Kekana) looked fresh because we dropped him on Tuesday this past week. Andile (Jali) looks good and he showed his experience, he shows leadership.
“Arrows looked good at times and you can see they can play, but our defence was better.”
