MTN8 2016

Starting XI: Sundowns v Chippa

MTN8

Teams: Mamelodi Sundowns v Chippa United

Date: 21 September 2016

Venue: Lucas Moripe Stadium

Mamelodi Sundowns will lock horns with Chippa United in an MTN8 semifinal second-leg clash on Wednesday.

The sides remain on level pegging after the first leg, after playing out a goalless draw at Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.

Coach Pitso Mosimane's charges may have a psychological edge over the visitors, as they have not conceded against the Chilli Boys in their last five meetings.

The defending Absa Premiership champions come into the tie on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Zambian outfit Zesco United, who beat them in the first leg of their CAF Champions League semifinal.

Meanwhile, Chippa have started their season positively, maintaining an unbeaten record in the league thus far, with a win and a draw in their opening two games.

Here's how they line up:

Sundowns: 36 Onyango, 5 Mbekile, 4 Langerman, 16 Nascimento, 6 Arendse, 8 Kekana, 13 Mabunda, 7 Dolly, 11 Vilakazi, 24 Zakri, 33 Billiat.

Chippa: 1 Akpeyi, 2 Okwuosa, 24 Thopola, 4 Van Heerden, 40 Kama, 6 Sali, 0 Mdaki, 10 Mbenyane, 5 Wambi, 26 Masuku, 3 Lorch.
