MTN8 2016
Malesela Laments Poor Decision-Making

Chippa United coach Dan Malesela blamed his side's lack of conviction in the final third, after their 1-0 defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns in the MTN8 semi-final second-leg.
The Chilli Boys were knocked out of the tournament after Anthony Laffor's winner gave the Brazilians the victory, but Malesela believes that better decision-making would have made the difference.
"It was always going to be a game of small margins. One-nil, maybe 1-1," he said.
"Our decision-making is what decided this game. If we had been decisive in scoring areas, we probably wouldn't have had this result. We learn from these things."
When asked about the absence of certain players, he added: "When you don't have someone who holds up the ball or converts chances, it just forces you to pass, but I don't think that's really what mattered the most. The most important was that we should have made the right decisions in the final third."
