Ronnie Kanalelo – the former Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper, is adamant that Pitso Mosimane should remain in charge at the club as the head coach.
Having weighed in on the future of the coach in saying that he is surprised the Brazilians have not yet tied down the mentor on a new deal, the Namibian legend explains why Jingles should stay on at the Chloorkop outfit.

Up to this stage Sundowns are yet to confirm a new contract for Mosimane, with his existing deal set to expire at the end of the season.
“I don’t think Pitso wants to go anywhere else, because he has no reason to. I think the Sundowns environment at the moment for him is the best environment. It is also closer to family in Jo'burg,” Kanalelo told the Siya crew.
“For the kind of coach that he is, he doesn’t belong anywhere else other than Sundowns. If you don’t give him the budget – if he can’t sign the players that he wants things might not work out for him. Pitso is not at a stage where he should start all over again,” the ex-Maritzburg United goalkeeper trainer adds.
