Jomo Cosmos will aim to move out of the relegation zone when they host Bidvest Wits in the Absa Premiership on Wednesday.
Ezenkosi are 15th in the standings and level on points with 14th-placed University of Pretoria, but with a worse goal difference. A draw would see them leapfrog AmaTuks.
Jomo Sono's side won their last PSL tie 1-0 at Kaizer Chiefs, but were recently knocked out of the Nedbank Cup by Orlando Pirates.
Meanwhile, Wits need to keep the positive results coming if they intend to challenge Mamelodi Sundowns for the league title.
Gavin Hunt's men have been grinding out the wins recently, with four consecutive victories, all won by a single goal, which sees them second in the standings, four points adrift the top.
