AmaZulu will be eyeing a spot in the quarter-finals of the Nedbank Cup when they visit Black Leopards in the last 16 on Saturday afternoon.
The match is set to kickstart at 15h00.
Usuthu enter the clash on a eight-match unbeaten run in all competitions after beating Kaizer Chiefs 2-1 in their last outing in the DStv Premiership ten days ago.
Benni McCarthy's charges got to this stage of the competition after beating local rivals Golden Arrows on penalties in the round of 32.
On the other hand, Lidoda Duvha reached the last 16 after beating GladAfrica Championship side Jomo Cosmos 2-1, a result that ended their four-game losing streak in the league.
Although Leopards went on to lose 2-1 against Baroka after that, they managed to beat Golden Arrows by the same scoreline in their last match in the league on Tuesday.
The sides have met once so far this season in the league, where AmaZulu clinched a 2-0 victory on home soil in November last year.
