Defending MTN8 Champions, Platinum Stars, will battle it out with Kaizer Chiefs in their MTN8 Semi-Final first leg tie at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 20h15.
Dikwena come into this clash on the back of a 2-1 win over Free State Stars, after they had lost 2-0 to Maritzburg United on the opening day of the season.
The holders progressed to the final four of the competition, after goals from Ndumiso Mabena and Vuyo Mere secured an impressive 2-1 win over Mamelodi Sundowns.
Kaizer Chiefs, meanwhile, have been impressive since the start of the campaign, winning both their opening two league encounters.
While they thrashed Mpumalanga Black Aces 4-0 in the quarterfinals of the MTN8 to progress into the final four.
Stuart Baxter will still be without star duo Bernard Parker and Siphiwe Tshabalala, as both are still recovering, although Mandla Masango has stepped up as of late.
Allan Freese's side managed to do the league double over AmaKhosi last season, defeating 1-0 at home before running out 2-0 winners in the reverse fixture.
