DStv Premiership new boys Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila and Swallows FC do battle in Limpopo on Wednesday evening.
While Swallows gained promotion to the topflight by winning the GladAfrica Championship, TTM bought the topflight status of Bidvest Wits.
Swallows got their maiden win of the season last week after defeating Bloemfontein Celtic thanks to Ronald Pfumbidzai own goal.
TTM are yet to win in the league this season but they have recorded back-to-back draws against TS Galaxy and Mamelodi Sundowns.
When the two sides met in this fixture last season, TTM claimed a 3-0 victory before Swallows won the reverse fixtur by the same scoreline.
