DStv Premiership
Teams: Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila v Orlando Pirates
Date: 13 January 2021
Venue: Thohoyandou Stadium
Orlando Pirates will have a chance to bounce back when they visit Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila in the DStv Premiership on Wednesday evening at Thohoyandou Stadium.
The match will get underway at 17h00
Pirates have been inconsistent in the league, winning just one of their last five matches after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Swallows on Sunday.
As a result, Josef Zinnbauer's charges dropped to sixth on the table with 14 points from nine matches but they could go up to fourth if they get maximum points.
The Buccaneers will be without defender Thulani Hlatshwayo due to suspension after he picked up his fourth booking against the Birds but midfielder Vincent Pule will be back in contention after serving his one-match suspension in that match.
Moving along, Tshakhuma have been in almost similar form to Pirates, winning only one match in their last six games and to their credit, have lost only once in that period.
Vhadau Vha Damani came back from two goals down to rescue a 2-2 draw against Cape Town City on Saturday and as a result, they moved up to 11th on the table with nine points from as many matches.
