DStv Premiership
Teams: AmaZulu v Kaizer Chiefs
Date: 13 January 2021
Venue: Jonsson Kings Park
Struggling Kaizer Chiefs travel to AmaZulu for a date in the DStv Premiership at the Jonsson Kings Park Stadium on Wednesday.
Last season's runners-up have made a disappointing start to the season, with just one win from nine games so far.
The Amakhosi, whose last win in the league came against Chippa United towards the end of October last year, dropped to 14th spot over the weekend following a 2-0 loss to Maritzburg United.
Usuthu, meanwhile, needed a second-half strike from Augustine Mulenga to grind out a 1-1 draw against Bloemfontein Celtic in their last match on Sunday.
Now under the guidance of the legendary Benni McCarthy, Usuthu lie in ninth spot with 10 points from nine games and have collected a win and draw in the former’s tenure thus far.
Khama Billiat, who scored the second goal in a 2-0 win in this fixture last season, will be unavailable due to an injury but Kearyn Baccus is available after recovering from injury.
