Orlando Pirates will get their CAF Champions League campaign underway against Light Stars FC from Seychelles in the preliminary round on Tuesday evening at Orlando Stadium.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 19h30.
The Buccaneers will shift focus into the CAF Champions League after sinking arch-rivals Kaizer Chiefs 2-1 on Saturday to seal a final spot in the Telkom Knockout.
Milutin Sredojevic’s charges are unbeaten in their last 12 games in all competitions, with their last defeat coming on 19 August in a 1-0 loss away to Bloemfontein Celtic in the league.
The Soweto giants will be making a return to the competition after a three-year absence.
Meanwhile, Light Stars will be a closed book to Pirates as their league has been suspended for a while.
The islanders will be making their second visit to South Africa after playing against Bidvest Wits in the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary rounds in 2016.
The Clever Boys trounced them 9-0 on aggregate, netting six goals at home and three away.
Bucs midfielder Vincent Pule was part of the Wits team that won 6-0 at home and was also on the scoresheet.
