SuperSport United will be looking for their first win of the season when Chippa United visit the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 19h30.
Stuart Baxter's charges began their Absa Premiership campaign with a 1-0 loss to Platinum Stars, before they were dumped out of the MTN8 by Mamelodi Sundowns.
SuperSport United will be without the services of Clayton Daniels, after the defender broke his arm in training.
Although, Daniels injury could see Tefu Mashamaite make his SuperSport debut, after the former Kaizer Chiefs joined in the off-season.
Chippa, meanwhile, have enjoyed an impressive start to the season as they defeated Free State Stars 2-1 in their opening league game.
The Port Elizabeth outfit have been dealt a blow in the build up to tonight's clash, as star striker Rhulani Manzini was ruled out for six weeks with a metatarsal fracture.
