AmaZayoni are fifth in the league standings but can leapfrog Chiefs into the top four if they secure a win tonight.
The two sides last met in the Nedbank Cup Last 16, with Muhsin Ertugral's running out 2-0 winners at the Kanyamazane Stadium.
