Starting XI: Chiefs V Aces

Absa Premiership

Teams: Kaizer Chiefs v MP Black Aces

Date: 27 October 2015

Venue: FNB Stadium

Kaizer Chiefs will be looking for only their third win of the league season when they host MP Black Aces in an Absa Premiership match at FNB Stadium on Tuesday night.

The match is scheduled to get underway at 19h30.

The Amakhosi only have 11 points from seven league games thus far after two wins and five draws which sees them placed sixth on the table.

Chiefs recorded a third successive draw in the league when they were held 0-0 away by Jomo Cosmos on October 20.

The Soweto-based side, though, will come into this game full of confidence after beating Aces 2-1 this past weekend in a Telkom Knockout quarterfinal.

Aces have fared much better in the league than their opponents with four wins and three draws from their seven league games which sees them in third place on the table with 15 points.

Aces retained their unbeaten record in the league by fighting back to draw 2-2 with Platinum Stars on October 21.

In head-to-head stats, Chiefs and Aces have met in 32 league matches since 1985.

The Amakhosi have 22 wins compared to five for AmaZayoni, while five matches have been drawn.

Last season the Amakhosi completed a league ‘double’ over AmaZayoni, winning 2-1 in Mpumalanga and 1-0 in Soweto.
