Absa Premiership
Teams: Kaizer Chiefs v Chippa United
Date: 14 April 2017
Venue: Mbombela Stadium
Kaizer Chiefs will look to continue their fine run in the Absa Premiership when they host Chippa United in an Absa Premiership clash this evening.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 18h00.
Chiefs come into this clash on the back of a 2-0 win over Bloemfontein Celtic on Tuesday evening thanks to goals from George Maluleka and Gustavo Paez.
Steve Komphela's charges currently sit in third spot in the standings, and will move top if they secure a victory tonight.
However, Chiefs will be without the services of Bernard Parker, who misses out through suspension.
Chippa, meanwhile, come into the match winless in their last eight league matches, which included a 0-0 draw with Polokwane City on Tuesday evening.
The Chilli Boys find themselves in 12th spot, four points adrift of the relegation zone.
When these two sides met earlier in the season, Chippa came from behind to secure a 3-1 over Komphela's charges.
Here's how they line up:
Chiefs: 32. Khune, 2. Mphahlele, 26. Gordinho, 3. Mathoho, 24. Masilela, 12. Maluleka, 31. Katsande, 23. Molangoane, 11. Chirambadare, 14. Tshabalala, 28. Paez.
Chippa: 1. Akpeyi, 34. Shiba, 35. Bergman, 13. Chabalala, 7. Mako, 21. Sangweni(C), 15. Zuke, 41. Masuku, 6. Sali, 10. Mbenyane, 19. L. Manzini.
