Abafana Bes’thende got the season off to a flying start and were vying with Baroka for top spot during the opening stages of the season. However, their form in recent months has left a lot to be desired.
That being said, there are signs of revival in Clinton Larsen’s camp. They have picked up five points in their last three games and head into the match above AmaZulu on goal difference.
Usuthu have been even more impressive in recent weeks, picking up eight points in four matches —including two wins over SuperSport United.
Arrows tore AmaZulu to shreds at the Princess Magogo Stadium in September, claiming a 4-1 victory. However, plenty has changed since then and Cavin Johnson’s charges will be desperate to show it.
