The match is scheduled to get underway at 20h15.
Stanley Mezno's charges were last in action before the international break, as they lost 1-0 to Platinum Stars on the road.
The Urban Warriors have only registered two wins from their opening nine matches, and they find themselves in 14th position on the log.
AmaZulu, meanwhile, come into the match on the back of a 0-0 draw with Kaizer Chiefs on Wednesday evening.
Usuthu were also reduced to 10 men in the draw with Chiefs, after Phulami Gumede was sent off and he will now miss tonight's clash.
These two sides last met in the 2014/2015 Absa Premier season, where both matches ended in a draw.
