Roses United will look to upset Absa Premiership opposition when they travel to the Free State Stadium on Sunday to take on Bloemfontein Celtic in a Nedbank Cup, Last 32 match.
The match is scheduled to get underway at 15h00.
Roses United ply their football in the Free State ABC Motsepe League, but are no strangers to higher quality football having played in the National First Division from 2012 to 2014.
United defeated North West Shining Stars in the preliminary round to reach this year’s Last 32 in the Nedbank Cup.
This will be Roses second appearance in the Nedbank Cup Last 32 after their debut in the competition in 2012 when they defeated Polokwane City 2-0 before losing 1-0 to Santos in the Last 16.
Celtic, on the other hand, come into this match in fine form after registering a 3-0 win over AmaZulu last weekend in a league match.
Phunya Sele Sele reached the quarterfinals of last year’s Nedbank Cup before falling to eventual runners-up Bidvest Wits.
