Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has explained why Siphelele Mkhulise, 23, could soon claim a regular spot in his starting line-up.
The midfielder has so far made 11 appearances in all competitions, an improvement on his four from the previous campaign.

But ‘Jingles’ admits that while fans want to see more of him, he has to slowly guide him like he did Motjeka Madisha and Percy Tau.
“We have to give Mkhulise a chance to be in the starting line-up. The young Mkhulise is just progressively coming up very nicely,” Mosimane told reporters.
“I am managing him and I know I am holding him a little bit back, I should have released him a little bit earlier. But I have taken the same approach I used with Madisha, the same way with Percy Tau – they must just progressively come up.”
Mosimane said asking more of the young player too soon might not be the best approach to improve his game.
“Sometimes you give them too much exposure. If they are ready to swim, it’s fine. But somehow I just want to protect them and everybody wants them to play. You can see he is a good footballer. He needs a goal now,” the coach explained.
