7 Players Who Could Leave Sundowns With Under 10 Games?

Several players at Mamelodi Sundowns have been linked with an exit from the club and Soccer Laduma takes a look at seven of those players who could be leaving after playing as little as under 10 games throughout the 2018/19 season.

The likes of Jeremy Brockie, Aubrey Ngoma, Lucky Mohomi, Mogokolodi Ngele, Cuthbert Malajila, Jose Ali Meza and Aubrey Ngoma have all so far been linked with moves away from the Chloorkop-based club in the upcoming July/August transfer window, while Thela Ngobeni and Mogakolodi Ngele will see their contracts come to an end on June 30.

However, here are seven of those players who could be leaving Sundowns, having played less than 10 games for the club all season:

Reyaad Pieterse:

Although Sundowns won’t be too keen on letting the player go, Pieterse has been linked with a return to Kaizer Chiefs in the upcoming transfer window. The goalkeeper has played just five games for Masandawana all season.

Thela Ngobeni:

Ngobeni’s exit from the Brazilians has since been confirmed by Pitso Mosimane. The player hasn’t played a single match for the Sundowns first team all season.

Lucky Mohomi:

Mohomi is still being linked with a move to SuperSport United. The midfielder has played just two games for Sundowns all season.

Aubrey Ngoma:

Ngoma’s future is also hanging in doubt with the Chloorkop-based club, with a move away likely to materialise in the upcoming transfer window. The player has played just four games all 2018/19 season.

Mogakolodi Ngele:

Ngele is set to be a free agent in July and hasn’t played a single game for the Sundowns first team all season.

Bangaly Soumahoro:

Also linked with an exit from Sundowns, there are indications that his deal could be coming to an end. The defender has played just one game for Sundowns all season.

Cuthbert Malajila:

The player is also being linked with an exit and has played just one game all season.

Now, it remains to be seen what decision Sundowns will make on the likes of Pieterse and Ngoma in the upcoming transfer window.
