The Premier Soccer League have found Mamelodi Sundowns guilty of the ineligible fielding of Wayne Arendse.
In an Absa Premeirship clash between Sundowns and Bidvest Wits last year, Arendse was brought down from the stands during the warm-up, after Thapelo Morena picked up an injury and had to be withdrawn from the line-up.
According to the NSL handbook, no player is allowed to be added to the team-sheet once it has been submitted.
"16.3.2. No Player may be added to the team sheet who was not listed on the team sheet that was submitted,” as revealed in the handbook.
Sundowns have since been found guilty.
