An exciting Nigerian striker has been spotted at Mamelodi Sundowns with the indications that he could soon be unveiled by the club.
It was reported by the Siya crew in March last year that Etinosa Godspower Ighodaro had signed with Downs, although the highly rated forward was not immediately registered as the foreign quota at the Chloorkop outfit had already been exhausted.
Indications are that the 21-year-old could soon get an opportunity at the Brazilians, depending on the club’s foreign quota going forward, especially with Uruguayan forward Gaston Sirino consistently linked with Egyptian giants Al Ahly.
“He is a Sundowns boy and a very good player who will do well once he starts playing for the team. The team is getting him ready,” a source confirmed to the Siya crew.
Etinosa came through Basics Sports Academy in Abuja and his speed and dribbling skills are some of the attributes he is known for and is best when played as an attacker or in the wing.
