Two players at Mamelodi Sundowns are already preparing for life away from Chloorkop following the end of their contracts, although several other players could also be heading out the exit door in the coming days.
Thela Ngobeni, who will see his contract come to an end on June 30, is already planning for life away from Sundowns since being at the club since 2013.
In addition, Cuthbert Malajila announced his departure from the Brazilians yesterday and is also set to find a new footballing home.
Jeremy Brockie’s immediate future at the club has been one of the most talked about subjects in the football fraternity, with the New Zealand international’s camp believed to be working hard behind the scenes for the player to make the move away from Sundowns.
Lucky Mohomi, Aubrey Ngoma, Reyaad Pieterse, Mogakolodi Ngele, Soumahoro Bangaly and Jose Ali Meza will all be awaiting the July/August transfer window regarding decisions about their immediate future.
Mohomi has been heavily linked with a move to SuperSport United and Kaizer Chiefs and looks set to find game-time elsewhere in the new season.
Pieterse has also been identified as a possible transfer target for Chiefs.
As reported in the past weeks, Meza could also be heading out the exit door at Chloorkop, with the player believed to be unhappy with his circumstances at the club.
Bangaly on the other hand, is believed to see his contract come to an end on June 30, although there has been no confirmation about the player’s immediate future as yet.
While several others have been linked with moves away, names such as George Maluleka, Thabang Monare, Aubrey Modiba and Teboho Mokoena have been mentioned to possibly come in to reinforce the club.
