A Mamelodi Sundowns player has been left behind as coach Pitso Mosimane and the team have taken their preparations for the new season outside of South Africa.
Having concluded their pre-season training camp held in Nelspruit in Mpumalanga, the Brazilians travelled to Botswana for the second phase of their preparations for the 2019/20 season.
The Siya crew has been reliably informed that winger Aubrey Ngoma is not part of the Sundowns’ squad in Botswana as he was left behind when the team departed last week.
“Aubrey Ngoma did not travel with the team to Botswana last week. He was left behind and things aren’t looking good for him in the team,” said the source.
Ngoma made only two starts for the Brazilians in their Absa Premiership campaign last season as he struggled for game-time in Mosimane’s side.
