A reliable source close to the player confirmed to the Siya crew that Langerman was in the passenger seat and the car he was in was not his. The player was back in training with the club this week and is available for selection.
Based on the reports coming out of Chloorkop, Langerman is in line to be included in the team for the Tshwane Derby against SuperSport United on Saturday, January 16.
This is based on the fact that he has been training well and has been working hard to get his place in the team.
Rumours have been doing the rounds on social media that the player had passed on, but it has been confirmed that he is fine.

This season has been a very tough one for Sundowns players and car accidents. Gift Motupa survived a car accident in November. Anele Ngcongca, who was due to join AmaZulu on loan, died in an accident during the same month. The following month, defender Motjeka Madisha also passed away in an accident.
