Chippa Hope To End Tuks Jinx

Chippa United are currently on their best league run in the top flight, and will be aiming to better their innings when they take University of Pretoria looking to break their jinx.

Upon their debut in the top-flight two seasons ago, the Chilli Boys went on a run of six games without a win, but with only two games played, they have already improved.

With one win and one defeat under their belts, they will take on Tuks, a team who they have met in just two previous top-flight matches, determined for a win.

Both of those encounters took place in the 2012/13 season, with Tuks claiming a 1-0 home win in Tshwane, while the return match in Cape Town ended 2-2.

Chippa are sitting six on the league standings, while Steve Barker’s side are in 14th place.

It’s time to fly Chilli Boys. I foresee a win, what about you?
