Free State Stars captain, Paulus Masehe, says the team cannot afford to drop points in the remaining five games of the season.
That’s true, but is that achievable? Stars’ next two home matches will be against Pretoria University and Mpumalanga Black Aces respectively.
The team has a crucial game in the derby against Bloemfontein Celtic between these two games. The last two games of the 2013/14 season will be against Orlando Pirates and Moroka Swallows respectively.
“The situation is now a do-or-die matter. We cannot afford to drop any more points. At this stage we need to make sure that we get good results in the two matches. Should we drop points, we will be making life difficult for ourselves. Nothing less than glory is what we have to acquire,” Masehe told the club’s official website.
Is what Masehe is saying doable?
