It's hard not to agree with Knowledge Musona when he points out that PSL strikers were to blame for not catching Bernard Parker as the Absa Premiership leading scorer.
Yes, the 'Hond' didn't score for over two months, but he still ended up as the league's leading striker. A niggling ankle inury possibly had something to do with his struggles.
Parker did the business in the first half of the campaign and so, even though for months he didn't score in 2014, his 10 goals were enough to take the top scorer gong.
That's why I say - Musona's words for Parker were right. It's just that the rest of the PSL wasn't good enough to catch him!
