George Lebese Owned SuperSport

I recall reading an article on Soccer Laduma which suggested that it was time for George Lebese to come into his own for the Mighty Amakhosi, and on Saturday night as I watched my beloved club take on SuperSport United in the quarter final match of the Nedbank Cup I couldn’t have been more proud to see young George fire Chiefs into the semi-finals with a brace.

“We worked hard at training and I have worked strenuously on my finishing, and today it paid off”, said the gifted winger.

Could this be the transformation in George that we have all been waiting for?
