Free State Stars fans will be keen to see if the team will finally get back to winning ways under Themba Sithole in the second round of the 2013/14 season. Ea Lla Koto have struggled to get positive results so far this season, with the side having won just three of their opening 14 games in the league.
The club has already made changes in the technical team when Steve Komphela was replaced with Sithole after the 11th game of the campaign. Former Malawi national team coach, Kinnah Phiri, was appointed to assist Sithole in the technical team of Stars.
The team is yet to win in the three games since the coaching changes were made on December 01. Stars lost 3-1 and 1-0 against University of Pretoria and Mpumalanga Black Aces respectively, while the Bethlehem outfit drew 2-2 with Moroka Swallows in their last game of 2013 in December.
The team recently won the Lesotho Prime Minister Charity Cup as Sithole and Phiri have been working on a plan to build a team to accumulate points in the second round.
Are they able to save Stars from relegation?
