Bloemfontein Celtic lost to Kaizer Chiefs last night ,courtesy of a Mandla Masango strike towards the end of the match, but the performance was pleasing.
Yes, losing is bad, but remember that it is not easy playing the mighty Amakhosi at FNB Stadium and come away with victory. That we managed to hold them for so long means Ernst Middendorp is building something good at Phunya Sele Sele.
The players managed to string decent passes and were not scared to go forward. I like how he plays players in positions we haven't seen them playing before - for example, Wandisile Letlabika and Ruben Cloete.
Hellings 'Gabadinho' Mhango remains a threat and if we build our play around him, we will beat a lot of teams this season. Let's keep our heads up and look forward to the next game.
