It could just be a matter of time before Ajax Cape Town becomes a real force in South African football.

During the 2010/2011 Absa Premiership season, Ajax finished as runners up in the league, falling behind to a very strong Orlando Pirates. In that season Thulani Serero was the Player of Season and tormented teams around the country.

Currently the Ajax youth squad have been showing a lot of promise, looking at the setup we have Keagan Dolly, Abubbaker Mobara, Micheal Kwong, Travis Graham and Brandon Peterson, who could be the crux of the team in years to come.

Will this become our golden generation?
