Kaizer Chiefs have had some foreign stars who will forever be remembered for the impact they made at Naturena and Soccer Laduma looks back at who were the best to don the Amakhosi jersey in the PSL era.
The likes of Collins Mbesuma, Tinashe Nengomasha, Patrick Mabedi, David Obua and more recently Willard Katsande are just some of the foreign players Amakhosi brought in, who left their mark.
Mbesuma will forever be remembered for his record breaking season, when he scored 35 goals in all competitions for the Soweto giants in 2004/05. Nengomasha was with Amakhosi for 10 years and during that time won every domestic trophy on offer, including two Premiership titles under the tutelage of the late Ted Dumitru.
Mabedi captained Amakhosi to league titles, and later went on to sit on the bench as an assistant coach to Steve Komphela and then Giovanni Solinas post his playing career.
There are quite a few other foreigners who made their mark at Chiefs, so take a walk down memory lane to see the ones who made an impact.
