According to Zothwane, whether you are experienced or a young coach, it is always going to be difficult to be at Chiefs because of their reputation and pressure.
"Kaizer Chiefs is a big brand. It is very difficult to say which coach is the best for them and who is not good enough, but personally, Arthur Zwane has been doing well for the DStv Diski Challenge (side), and has been an assistant coach for some time," Zothwane told the Siya crew.
"Coach Zwane deserve an opportunity, last season he took them to the CAF Champions League final and top eight. Give him a chance and if he fails, he fails. It is part of the game, we learn from mistakes in football."

Papi feels it is unfair to judge the coach, as he should be given a fair chance.
"Don't judge him based on the current results, give him a fair chance to have a pre-season with these boys, as most of the current players are produced by him. He has done well with youngsters and it won't be fair to judge him based on current results."
