Kaizer Chiefs coach Ernst Middendorp is understood to already be on the wanted list of one of the Premier Soccer League clubs.
News reaching the Siya crew desk is that the German mentor is believed to have been added to the growing roll of candidates for the Ajax Cape Town coaching job set to become vacant at the end of the season.

Currently the Urban Warriors have installed Calvin Marlin in the interim, but CEO Ari Efstathiou has said before that the former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper does lack the experience needed in the topflight, though he has impressed.
Ajax began their unexpected search for a coach six months ago when Andries Ulderink quit abruptly in solidarity with his Dutch compatriot Hans Vonk, the head of football at the club, who was suspended pending an investigation.

Efstathiou has since confirmed he had talks with Benni McCarthy to immediately take over, though the former Cape Town City coach turned down the job.
Recently the Siya crew has also reported that Gavin Hunt is understood to have an outside chance of landing the Ajax role should the Urban Warriors gain promotion from the GladAfrica Championship to the Premier division next season.
Insiders, however, have suggested Hunt is not a front runner and that Ajax are looking elsewhere, and now Middendorp’s name has come up.
The Amakhosi coach is believed to be on his way out of Naturena in the coming months, though he still has a year left on his contract.
Ajax are also said to be looking at someone with knowledge of the PSL and might not go the Dutch route as has been the case in the past due to their rocky relationship with mother club Ajax Amsterdam.
