Both Kaizer Chiefs and Bidvest Wits will be without a key player when the two sides lock horns this week in the Absa Premiership.
Chiefs will host the Clever Boys at the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday evening, with Amakhosi looking to maintain their lead at the top of the log
However, both sides go into the encounter without one of their key defenders.
As confirmed by the Premier Soccer League, Wits will be without Sifiso Hlanti as the player will be serving his one-match suspension after picking up a fourth yellow card booking at the weekend.
Chiefs’ Reeve Frosler will also serve a one-match suspension on Wednesday evening.
This will be Amakhosi’s first match after the restart, while Head Coach Gavin Hunt’s side had already gotten a feel of football, when they suffered a 3-2 loss to Mamelodi Sundowns in the semi-finals of the Nedbank Cup competition.
Elsewhere in the league, Gaston Sirino will serve his second and final match ban tonight when Mamelodi Sundowns lock horns with Orlando Pirates.
