Kaizer Chiefs have announced the signing of a new striker who will don the Amakhosi's number 9 jersey next season.
The club has confirmed that they have snapped up Samir Nurković from KFC Komarno in the Slovakian second division, with the Serbian striker penning a three-year deal with the club.
Nurković has spent the last few years plying his trade in the second tier in Slovakia, and he has scored 39 goals in 51 league games over the course of the past two campaigns combined.
The forward will be eager to keep up his scoring form in South Africa when he gets underway in the Absa Premiership later this year, and Ernst Middendorp will no doubt be looking for him to hit the ground running in his new environment.
His arrival, however, does ask questions about the foreign players at the club, with only five allowed to be registered at any one time in the Premier Soccer League.
