The changes at Kaizer Chiefs keep on coming, with the club now confirming the exit of yet another player, this time after he was sold to a club in Europe.
Chiefs have seen many of their players leave over the past couple of months, some via mutual termination and others when their contracts expired, however Teenage Hadebe has just become the first one to be sold.
While the transfer fee is unknown at this point in time, Chiefs have confirmed that they have sold the 23-year-old centre back to Yeni Malatyaspor in the Turkish Super Lig.
As previously reported by the Siya crew, the Zimbabwean international is flying out to Turkey imminently to complete the switch, and Chiefs have now announced his departure.
They said on their official website, “Kaizer Chiefs have agreed to an outright sale of Teenage Hadebe to Yeni Malatyaspor. Malatyaspor is based in Malatya, Turkey. The club plays in Süper Lig.
“Hadebe attracted the Turkish with his performances at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations currently taking place in Egypt. He is set to undergo medicals tomorrow in Turkey.”
Hadebe spent two seasons with the Glamour Boys after joining them from Chicken Inn in 2017.
