Kaizer Chiefs defender Ramahlwe Mphahlele recently had the daunting task of choosing his dream team made up of past and present teammates.

The 30-year-old defender came through the ranks at the SuperSport-Feyenoord Academy and Moroka Swallows juniors before making the first-team debut at Moroka Swallows, University of Pretoria, Mamelodi Sundowns before turning out for Kaizer Chiefs, who he joined at the start of the 2016/17 season.
The man is affectionately known as ‘Rama’ recently shared his dream team with Kaizer Chiefs’ official YouTube channel, and unsurprisingly, it consisted mostly of his former Sundowns and current Chiefs teammates, although there were a few surprises.

One of them being Nkosingiphile Ngcobo, who Rama refers to as a genius. Mshini’s inclusion comes as a surprise considering that the former Amaroto FC player is only into his second season in the topflight.
“He’s a genius. I think he is intelligent because he sees things that not everybody can see,” Rama said of his young teammate.

Another player who formed part of Rama’s dream team is the high-flying Percy Tau, who recently re-joined Brighton and Hove Albion from his loan stint with Belgian outfit Anderlecht.
“I’ll definitely have Percy Tau in my team because he is a young lion who just wants to work. He doesn’t want to do anything else, he just wants to work,” Rama said.
