Word reaching the Siya crew is that there is interest in a Kaizer Chiefs player whose future at Naturena is currently uncertain.
Amakhosi attacker Dumisani Zuma is currently on suspension for the second time this season, as confirmed by Amakhosi, for allegedly transgressing the club's code of conduct. With one more year left on his contract with the Soweto giants, it's believed there will discussions over his future.
The former Bloemfontein Celtic attacker has previously been linked with AmaZulu and it appears that the KZN outfit is interested in the player, as gathered by the Siya crew. Despite not yet confirming who will be in the head coaching hot seat next season, it's believed the KZN outfit are monitoring the situation, with the possibility of making a move on the player when the transfer window opens.
As things stand, Zuma is unlikely to play for Amakhosi again this season and there's a possibility that he may have played his last game for the club back in April.
The 26-year-old, who joined Chiefs in 2017 after showing promise in the colours of Phunya Sele Sele, has made three appearances for the Soweto giants this season.
Chiefs are expected to make announcements on the futures of a few players who have contracts expiring at the end of June, including the likes of Ramahlwe Mphahlele, Lebogang Manyama, Kearyn Baccus, Daniel Cardoso and Bernard Parker.
