Thobejane needs to be awakened

The outspoken former Baroka and Ma-Lions coach- Kgoloko Thobejane- needs a serious self introspection.
Thobejane can make a great entertainer than sitting in the dugouts. A man of many words- but less action to back up his utterances. The Ga-Mphahlele born mentor is allegedly feeling he can outdo Giovanni Solinas and Ernst Middendorp combined. But as people we describe ourselves as we wish to be and not neccessarilly as we are.
Thobejane has failed to sustain his job at the ABC Motsepe League outfit Ma-Lions but still assumes he can do well at a club of Kaizer Chiefs stature. Coaches with more better curriculum vitaes than that of Thobejane have failed to keep up with the massive pressure that comes with coaching Amakhosi. It might be a dream of Thobejane to one day sit in the dugouts in a Kaizer Chiefs marchandise but that dream is too far fetched.
Thobejane needs to be awakened out of his dream before it turns into a nightmare. It is about time Thobejane is brought back to reality. Fantasizing about Chiefs success should not boast his ego.
Is he perhaps thinking out-aloud?
