Safa must pay Banyana more than Bafana

South African Football Association [SAFA] is trying too hard to convince the public that, they are doing the right thing, but without playing a gender card Banyana Banyana are under paid. The senior womens national team are given peanuts compared to their male counterparts. Bafana is barely qualifying for major tournaments but they earn far more than what Banyana are getting. Bafana is competing in the continental competition but still gets equal bonuses as Banyana who takes part in the global showpiece. If the tables were turned, the nature and standard of the tournament, would be used as a measuring stick. SAFA should give Banyana what's due to them. Banyana have outdone themselves to qualify for the world cup, without a competetive league, for that matter. Without politicising the beautiful game, SAFA is trying to close the gap, between men and women by oppresing the latter. The football mother body is just pulling a wool before the public's eyes. Banyana deserve way much better than what SAFA is offering. Gender equality is in the constitution of the country- SAFA is obliged to obey the rule of law. SAFA president, Dr Danny Jordaan and co, needs to revisit their decision of paying equal bonuses to groups that are doing two different jobs. By not doing so, SAFA would be breaking the rule of law. Do the right thing: Take an oath of your office and then pay Banyana more than Bafana. So help me God!!!
