Mamelodi Sundowns president, Patrice Motsepe, is currently bearing the fruits from showing faith in coach, Pitso Mosimane, after the Downs faithful were calling for his sack earlier this season following an inadequate start.
Fast forward to April and the same fans are now praising Pitso's name left, right and center after he reclaimed glory and won them a Telkom Knockout Cup. Truth is If Motsepe didn't give Pitso that chance, they wouldn't have experience this under new coach. The same scenario has been experienced in both Soweto giants, where fans have been calling for both coaches, Eric Tinkler and Steve Komphela, to be sacked.
However as things stand, its seem like Chiefs chairman, Kaizer Motaung, and Bucs' Dr Ivan Khoza have learn something from Downs boss, Mr Patrice Motsepe. Both bosses are following to Motsepe's footsteps by showing faith in both coaches and giving them more time to prove themselves. It's undoubtedly that this could also be a wake-up call to Tinkler and Komphela.
Having said that, do you think Motaung and Khoza's decisions will also bear fruit, like Motsepe in the case of Mosimane?
