Komphela Should Resign

It's painful to see Kaizer Chiefs supporters blaming Steve Komphela for the poor performance of the club, even though that he is not responsible for signing players at the village.

Apparently, every coach in the world needs to work with the players that he trusts and believes in their ability to deliver positive results. However, with Komphela, there is a conspiracy that Amakhosi's management are keeping from the supporters that the coach doesn't have any say during the transfer market period.

Surely the former Maritzburg United mentor should resign from his post before the Naturena-based club destroys his C.V. He should emulate Stuart Baxter who left the club after Bobby Motaung signed the like of David Zulu and Bongani Ndulula without consulting him.

The players that the club have brought in may not have it in them to be consistent and to give the coach a platform to build a solid squad.

Having said that, what is your advice to Steve Komphela regarding to his job at Kaizer Chiefs? Have your say in the comments section below.
