Kaizer Chiefs football manager Bobby Motaung, has been arrogant when it comes to renewing the contract of Chiefs captain Itumeleng Khune.
The Chiefs number one keeper has been patiently waiting to hear from Chiefs management, following media reports that Chloorkop based side Mamelodi Sundowns have made a big money offer - something Khune has not confirmed as yet.
The undecided future of the 28-year-old is still in question though, following the crawling process of his contract renewal at Chiefs. We've seen Kingston Nkhatha sign with SuperSport United, and he was let go with immediate effect at Naturena despite the original deal being for the end of June.
The Chiefs manager was quoted in the media as saying, “Chiefs won't be bullied" by Khune.
Is Bobby ruling Chiefs with an iron fist or is he trying to set good example to players who are rushing to sign pre-contracts following Nkhatha's departure? And with the Khune situation, should he really break the bank to tie down Chiefs' star?
