2016/17: The Return Of Khasi Football

The season hasn't start yet, but a lot has been said already, after supporters were left amazed when witnessing their much loved teams playing during the preseason, about 'Kasi flavor' returning to South African football.

This coming season is promising to be more entertaining compared to the previous ones, and the reason behind this is that the arrival of Baroka FC and Highlands Park are now playing at the highest level of local football.

Now that they’re in the elite league, we might experience more magic from their unknown players. How can one fail to mention Bakgaga’s dribbling master, Tshepo 'Skhwama Sama Tariyana' Matete?

Whilst the likes of Orlando Pirates’ Jomo Rakhale and Thabo Qalinge, who may be looking to continue where they left off last season, and Kaizer Chiefs’ crowd pleaser Hendrick ‘Pule’ Ekstein looking to showcase his tricks, a return to the old ‘Khasi style’ of football looks likely to be a major feature in the coming season.

Furthermore, you at teams like Ajax Cape Town, who are looking to sign the likes of Mark Mayambela and Lebohang Mokoena, who is also dribbling wizard, this makes it seem that the 2016/2016 season might reflect the true South African football that contains 'show boating'.

With that being said, which other players do you think are show boating masters?
