Former striker, Lungisani Ndlela, has commended Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane for his outstanding work at the Chloorkop club.
During his professional career, Ndlela played under Mosimane at SuperSport United between 2004 and 2006, after the mentor succesfully lured him to the Tshwane outfit from Moroka Swallows.

“The coach deserves whatever is coming his way right now because he has proven that he can achieve whatever there is to achieve with the team. He deserved the new contract that he was recently given by the club. He has been doing well despite being criticised at times,” said Ndlela.

“He is a good coach. He is good at encouraging players and will tell you straight when what you are doing as a player isn’t what he is expecting. I worked with him at SuperSport and I know him well. He calls a spade a spade and demands hard work. If you are one of those players who think they are bigger than the club, you will have a problem with him. He is an honest coach who is always willing to give all his players a chance to play but everyone has to play their role. As a player, you just have to use your chance when you get it,” Ndlela told the Siya crew.
